Scheduled Maintenance Policy

In order to stay ahead of emerging threats, and keeping up with technological advancements, we adopt a progressive maintenance schedule whereby between the hours of 10pm and 6am local time, any day Tuesday through Saturday, we may elect to do any routine system maintenance.

 

Major upgrades or service impacting work will be scheduled at least 5 calendar days in advance, to be notified via your registered email address from our support system.
