Create Security Group

First, we have to create a security group that can later be applied to a cloud server instance

From our Cloud Management Portal, select Networking -> Security Groups
Click ' Create Security Group'
Enter a Name for your security group (i.e. Allow Inbound SSH from Corporate Office), and an optional description
Click into your security group, then select Add Rule
From this screen, you may add a rule for the service you're looking to add.

|| By default, virtual machines are created with a default security group that does not permit any inbound access. This is by design to prevent any unauthorized access, and to enable our customers to have full control over their security policy. With that, new virtual machines created will not have any inbound connectivity from the Internet to receive pings, web requests, or to be managed via ssh.

An example for SSH, add rules as follows:

After Creating Your Account and setting up your credentials, you can enter our Cloud Management Portal.

A project is just a grouping of cloud resources. Some people choose to put all of their workloads in a single project, and others use separate projects for their downstream customers or for their own organization needs.

Once a project is created, you'll be prompted to enter / confirm your account details. Do so, and then click Save to proceed to the next page to input your payment details.

Gozunga Cloud provides RESTful API endpoints for managing your cloud resources. This documentation is centered around our SiouxFalls region.

Our platform uses OpenStack at its foundation and thus existing tools that use OpenStack's APIs are compatible with our platform.

Creating Your Account

To create your account, visit our signup page on our main website. Once the form is created, someone from our team will review your account details and approve your request. We do this for a few reasons. We want to review each of our new customers personally to become familiar, as well as for fraud screening purposes to ensure we can keep the platform safe. Spammers and DDoSers, need not apply.

Once you are approved, you'll be referred to create your credentials in our Identity Portal.

All new accounts must have a user and password set, with some form of multi-factor authentication (MFA), for which we support a few options -- Supported Multifactor Authentication (MFA) Methods.
