Supported Payment Methods
Our service operates on a prepaid, funded account model. To use Gozunga cloud services, you must maintain at least one payment method on file and keep a positive credit balance. Your service expenses will automatically draw from this balance as incurred.
How to Fund Your Account
You can add funds to your account at any time, with a minimum deposit of $10 per transaction. We support a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to make funding easy. Choose from the options below:
- Credit Cards: Including major networks like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.
- Digital Wallets:
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Cash App Pay
- Amazon Pay
- Cryptocurrency: USDC stablecoins for fast, low-fee transfers.
- Bank Options:
- ACH Direct Debit (for U.S. bank accounts)
- Bank Transfer (wire or domestic transfers, depending on your region)
- PayPal: Fund via your PayPal account, which supports a range of options including linked credit cards, bank accounts, and PayPal balance. (Note: We're exploring the addition of cryptocurrency payments like Bitcoin through PayPal—check back for updates as this becomes available.)
Important Notes
- All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways outside of Gozunga's infrastructure
- Depending on your location and the method chosen, additional fees or conversion rates may apply (e.g., for international transfers or cryptocurrency).
- If you encounter any issues funding your account or need help with a specific method, contact our support team at support@gozunga.com.
This setup ensures flexibility while keeping your account ready for seamless service usage. If your balance runs low, we'll notify you to add funds and avoid interruptions.
